Camp Concordia provides overnight summer summer camp experiences and rustic retreat accommodations for children, youth and their families. CC is located 30 minutes north of Grand Rapids in West Michigan, on 60 wooded acres with vast frontage on Half Mile Lake (Part of the Woodbeck Chain-of-Lakes). Camp Concordia offers a safe, supportive, Jesus-filled environment where campers can grow and be chal

lenged in what it means to be a follower of Jesus, bring friends and build memories that will last a lifetime. Our skill building and/or program activities during summer camp often include: swimming, canoeing, row boats, kayaks, basketball, team initiative programming (challenge course - including a zip line), trails for mountain biking, field games, archery, riflery, sling shots, berry picking, nature crafts, campouts and cookouts, ga-ga ball, archery tag, the “tripod” rope swing (into deep water) and more. Special summer options include: water sports, sailing lessons, kayaks, swim lessons, fishing, mountain biking, horse trail rides, guitar lessons, building model rockets, and more. Camp Concordia supports churches and groups with their rustic retreat needs either by using our 9 bunkhouse style cabins or our campground with their RVs, trailers or tents.

Introducing Kenzie, one of our Cabin leaders this summer!

School, Major, Career goals: Kenzie attends Butler University and is majoring in English and Creative Writing, and minoring in Strategic Communication. In the future, she hopes to work in publishing.

Favorite Bible Verse/Story/Character: Her favorite bible story is Zacchaeus, and her favorite bible verse is Psalm 143:8.

Interesting Fact: Kenzie has been to 45 states.

Meet Jonah, who is going to be one of the cabin leaders this summer!

School, Major, Career goals: Jonah attends Concordia University in Chicago. He is majoring in Lutheran Education, Secondary Science & Director of Christian Education, with the hope of becoming a teacher in the future.

Favorite Bible Verse/Character/Story: His favorite bible verse is Micah 7:7.

Interesting fact: Jonah prefers to read nonfiction over fiction stories.

Do you want to go on a faith-based adventure with your family? Would you like to experience camp for the first time? Well, the family camp is the perfect thing for you. Family Campouts allow families to spend one overnight at camp to experience camp with 3 included meals. The 4th of July Family Camp is a longer overnight camp where you and your family can attend staff-led activities and bible studies. With adults getting the chance to attend breakout sessions with a guest speaker. Family camp is a fun family adventure that will remain a core memory!
