The weather forecast shows that we will likely be in the middle of a major winter storm on Sunday morning, January 25, 2026. Therefore, we will move our worship experience to being online only. There will be no Sunday school.

Merry Christmas! The Christmas season is still in full engagement for us! Today's text tells us the story of hanging on for God's work to be revealed. So let's hang onto Christmas and be part of God's work as it is revealed!

Today is the final edition of the Daily Devo series, as Pastor Kerry Wood prepares for the next steps in transition from his appointment to Goldston Methodist Church to the place God is preparing for him next. Merry Christmas! The Christmas season has just BEGUN! It isn't over on Dec. 25th unless you are a retailer now having to take back unwanted gifts. Today's text telling of Joseph shows how what would have been an unwanted gift became the greatest gift of all: Jesus, whose name means "God is our salvation"

It's Christmas Day! Joy to the world! The Lord is come!!

Jesus is LOVE - and today's scripture tells us that this love originates in God and then is given to us. Because God loved us first, made the first move, we then respond both towards God in worship and towards one another in service. Let's become the Love of God so that we truly know God!
