The Final Sacrifice

Reading: Hebrews 9:24-28; 10:5-14

Devotional: The Old Testament required endless sacrifices…one for lying, another for adultery, another for worship. It was exhausting, repetitive, and ultimately insufficient. Then Jesus came and said, "Enough." With one sacrifice, He accomplished what thousands of animal offerings never could. Because of Jesus the work is finished, complete, sufficient. Yet many believers still live as if they need to keep sacrificing, keep earning, keep proving their worthiness. If you're carrying guilt from your past, remember: Jesus' blood was enough. He didn't make a partial payment requiring your additions. His sacrifice was final, complete, and covers everything you've done. Stop trying to add to finished work.

The Word Made Flesh

Series: Heart of the House
Message: Jesus is

Reading: John 1:1–14

Devotional

“The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.” This statement revolutionized everything. The divine order that created galaxies chose to inhabit a human body. Jesus wasn’t just a good teacher or prophet, He is the eternal God who existed before creation. The Greeks understood “logos” as cosmic order, John declared that order has a face a name Jesus. This means your Creator knows what it’s like to be you to feel hunger exhaustion temptation and pain. He didn’t observe humanity from a distance He entered it fully. Whatever you’re facing today Jesus understands. The divine became human so humans could know the divine.
