Islamic Society of Germantown Home of the Muslim Community of Montgomery County Maryland. There are no other Islamic centers of reigious facilities in the immediate vicinity. THANK YOU!

The Muslim community is working hard to build an Islamic Center in Germantown ( Islamic Society of Germantown, Inc.) This center, Insha'Allah, will provide a place to perform daily ibada, create an Islamic atmosphere, and home for the younger generation. The Islamic Society of Germantown has been incorporated in the state of Maryland since 1998. It is performing the essential Islamic activities in

cluding Jumah prayers, taraweeh, and Halaqa (Islamic lectures). Other activities include helping our needy brothers and sisters when necessary. There is a great need for your support so to make this project a reality. You can sign up with our direct debit program, donate online or simply mail us your check ( for whatever amount you may chose ). The reward is great when responding to the call of Allah(swt). The community evaluated the existing and future Muslim population in Germantown. The current Muslim population in Germantown has grown from a few families to hundreds and continues to grow rapidly (Al Hamd'ullah). Help us with our project. Jazakoum Allaho Khayran,

Join Us & Support Our First ISG Eid Festival!

Assalamu Alaikum,

We warmly invite you all to attend the Islamic Society of Germantown’s very first Eid Festival, inshaAllah! It is a beautiful opportunity for our community to come together in joy, celebration, and connection with our families and friends.

As this is ISG’s first annual Eid Festival, we kindly request your support in helping make this event successful. Please come with your families, invite others, and show love to our local vendors by purchasing something from them if you can. Your support truly means a lot and helps encourage and strengthen our community businesses.

There will be fun activities for kids, food trucks, desserts, henna, games, shopping, and much more for the whole family to enjoy!

Alhamdulillah, we are preparing a joyful celebration for families, including camel rides, a petting zoo, and food trucks, insha’Allah. Inside the gym/community center, we will also have a variety of activities such as the cupcake walk, ISG bargain table, information booth, lollipop tree, and a vendor area.

To make this event successful, we rely on our dedicated volunteers. We warmly encourage you to sign up and be part of this rewarding experience. You are welcome to register for more than one time slot based on your availability.
