This is one of the greatest reasons who do our inner healing work, attend workshops, and enter into retreats. As we open our hearts, we are shifting old patterns of suffering that our ancestors carried and creating new ones that deepen the connection to love, joy, wisdom, and peace on Earth forward to our children, and their children, and beyond.
Generations back and Generations forward… just by being the one who is full of courage to say “YES 🙌, I can and I am supporting my lineage by opening my heart to something more.”

Gospel of the Day (John 16,12-15)

Jesus said to his disciples: "I have much more to tell you, but you cannot bear it now.
But when he comes, the Spirit of truth, he will guide you to all truth. He will not speak on his own, but he will speak what he hears, and will declare to you the things that are coming.
He will glorify me, because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.

Honoring the Grandmother Spirit 🙏🏼💫

Great Mother,
Who weaves through all time,
We call upon you with reverence in our hearts.

You who have walked before us,
You who hold the wisdom of the Earth in your bones,
Be with us now.

Wrap us in your shawl of protection.
Rock us gently in your prayers.

Teach us to listen -
To the Earth, to our bodies, to the quiet voices within.

Help us remember the ways of the sacred feminine.
To nourish, to create, to forgive, to stand in fierce love.

We offer you our gratitude for every lesson,
For every scar that turned into a story,
For every tear you caught,
For every breath you blessed.

May we walk in your footsteps,
Softly, prayerfully, powerfully.

May we carry your teachings in our hands & our hearts,
As we mother this world, ourselves, & one another.

Aho, Amen.
