You, O Lord, are my hope, my trust. Psalm 71:5

We wrapped up the VBS week with the lesson of Christ's resurrection, and a reminder of God's promises to us as his people. The kids presented the week's memory verses, hymns, VBS songs, and a recap of all the Bible Lessons in our closing program, and they did an amazing job! Praise be to God for these young followers! 🐢🐵

You are precious in My eyes... and I love you. Isaiah 43:4

Tonight's lesson taught us the story of Zaccheaus, and our craft project is a wonderful reminder of how Jesus knows and loves each one of us! We worked on the words and actions for a few VBS songs and hymns as well. The kids even reached the halfway point with their mission project offering!

Fear not, for I am with you. Isaiah 41:10

We trekked through our second day of VBS learning about Ruth & Naomi, as well as more about this week's mission project: Hope for the Destitute. Tonight's craft reminds us how Jesus is our treasure! Music time had the kids praising the Lord with both hymns and VBS tunes, and they also got to enjoy God's creation with new outside activities!

Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you. Psalm 50:15

The first day of VBS was full of fun and faith! The kids learned about how God saved baby Moses, and how he saves us all. They also created two beautiful crafts to remind them how He is always with us (windchimes) and how He protects us (hats). All the monkeys and turtles participated in outside activities and a wonderful music lesson as well!
