Our morning quiet time and morning Bible study time walked us through 1 John and the tool, R.E.A.P.

READ. EXAMINE. APPLY. PRAY.

The REAP method for Bible study uses a simple acronym to help you dig deeper and apply what you read to your everyday.

The students were challenged to split up into groups and REAP through different sections of 1 John each day. It was a great time for them to connect and discuss/lead each other through different passages!

CONCERT OF PRAYER: Everyone attending Dwell camp gathered to spend two and a half hours worshiping through prayer and song. The students split into small groups and prayed through several prompts small and large (self reflection, friends/family, local community, community leaders, etc). Between each prayer prompt, the worship team led us in a song that flowed into this week’s theme of SOLI DEO GLORIA which is Latin for Glory to God alone! It was a beautiful time of reflection and consideration for not only the world, but also for each of our lives and how we should live with God’s Glory being our chief aim in life!

PARENTS! Secret Church is a global event that is broadcasted and taught by David Platt bringing awareness about the missionaries and churches in other countries that have to meet in secret. During this event we will go through the whole Gospel of Matthew and we will hear stories from missionaries around the world and we will pray for them. This event will be from 5:30 PM-Midnight. Register now to guarantee yourself a scripture journal.
