📖 The Story That Shapes Our Story has begun!

As we prepare to celebrate Frisco Community Church’s 5-year anniversary, we’re inviting our entire church family to join us on an 8-week journey through Scripture. Together, we’ll explore the grand story of God’s redemption—from creation to new creation—and discover how His story continues to shape our lives today.

This isn’t about checking a box or maintaining a streak. It’s about opening God’s Word together, listening for His voice, and allowing Him to shape us through His story.

In an ongoing effort to try to navigate through the “Grey,” we are offering a three-session study entitled, “What Does the Bible Say about Immigration?” We will meet on Wednesday evenings starting June 17 at LCA at 7:00 pm. Bonnie Harden and Terry Kanter will be leading us.

This Sunday at 10:30AM we begin a brand-new series, Kingdom: Following the Upside-Down Way of Jesus.

Together, we’ll explore how the Kingdom of Heaven both challenged the empires of the first century and continues to challenge the kingdoms and priorities of our world today. We’ll also wrestle with what it means for followers of Jesus in 2026 to live as citizens of both the inaugurated Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom still to come.

Our next all church Happy Hour is on June 14. You won’t want to miss the one with the water slide! We will be enjoying a picnic together at LCA following the service, by the pavilion outside of the football field. Bring your own picnic lunch and lawn chairs. Remember to bring towels and bathing suits for the kids. Ice cream will be provided for dessert.

We’ll be heading to Hat Creek Burger Company in Little Elm for yummy food, great fellowship, and fun for the whole family. The kids especially love the playground!
