At LifePoint Church, located in Franklin KY, everything we do revolves around two of the greatest statements of Jesus: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart” and “Make disciples of all people.” In short, Jesus stressed that our faith is more about relationships than religion. Based on that principle we focus on God’s expectations for the church.

Pray big prayers. 🤍

This past Sunday, we were reminded through Ephesians 1:15–23 that Paul didn’t pray generic prayers for other believers—he prayed that they would know God more, understand His truth, and have the eyes of their hearts opened to see Jesus.

What a challenge for the Church:
Pray beyond circumstances. Pray for changed hearts. Pray for deeper faith. Pray that others would experience more of God.

Because Jesus never leaves people the same way He found them.

“Lord, open the eyes of their hearts. Show them Jesus.”

Last Friday, couples gathered for our Joy-Filled Marriage Date Night with Dr. Nate Williams—a night centered on keeping Christ at the heart of marriage and choosing joy in every season.

We’re thankful for the laughter, fellowship, meaningful conversations, and reminder that a marriage rooted in Christ is a cord of three strands. 🕯️🌿

This past Sunday, we dove into Ephesians 1:1-14 to see how God's amazing grace saves us. 🙌

Before the foundation of the world, God chose us to be holy and blameless. In Christ, we have redemption through His blood and the forgiveness of our sins. 🩸

We are blessed in Christ because of:
🪵 The Father’s plan ✝️
🩸 The Son’s purchase 🕊️
🔒 The Spirit’s guarantee

Having believed, we are now sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance. Because of this great gift, we are called to bless the Lord in worshipful praise today and always. To the praise of His glory! ✨

God moves when we tune in and step out! 📖 In Acts 8:26–40, Philip didn't hesitate. He listened to the Spirit's prompt and immediately obeyed. This led to a life-changing encounter on the road to Gaza. 🛤️

Last Sunday, Pastor Matt challenged us with a vital truth: Listen and Obey. 👂🚶‍♂️ When God speaks, how fast do we move? Let's be a people who are quick to hear and quick to follow His lead this week! 🙏
