St. Michael loves the little children! We are blessed to be able to offer a staffed nursery during our 930 Sunday School hour and our 10:45 worship service. Our nursery is one of the easiest ways to make a BIG difference at St. Michael. By spending time with our littlest members during these times, you are helping both children and parents alike feel loved and known at church. And you don’t have to be an adult to serve! Nursery volunteers can be 6th grade and older, making this a perfect opportunity for middle schoolers, high schoolers, young adults, families or anyone who loves working with kids! Volunteers can serve on a monthly rotation or as substitutes.

Japanese Kinusaiga, St. Michael Academy Adult Art Class; September 25 6-8:30p

Taught by artist, Beth Ann Hargrove, this class will explore the Japanese art technique of Kinusaiga, which involves creating fabric collages by pressing fabric scraps into precut grooves in a foam board, resulting in a textured, layered custom work of art!

Classes are held in a welcoming Christ-centered environment. No experience is necessary. $20 fee covers all supplies. All skill levels are welcome, but spaces are limited, so sign up today!

A Monday Night Bible Study will begin meeting weekly at 7:00 p.m. on September 14. We will be studying Max Lucado's Experiencing the Heart of Jesus. This is an excellent study that enables a Christian to better understand and appreciate our relationship with our Savior. This study will meet until Thanksgiving, take the month of December off, and then continue after the first of next year through April. The cost of the book is $13.
