Yesterday, our Congregational Care Chaplains gathered to check in, share about their visits, and coordinate the best ways to effectively care for and connect with members of our church.

During their time together, they also prayed over prayer shawls lovingly handmade by Knitters & Knotters. These shawls will be shared as tangible reminders of comfort, care, and the prayers of our church family.

Caring for one another is at the heart of our ministry, and we are so grateful for our chaplains and the visits, conversations, prayers, and presence they share! Their care makes a personal difference in the lives of so many, reminding them that they are seen, loved, and not alone.

We were pleased to welcome the OK/OIC/ARUMC Cabinet Retreat to our East Campus this week!

Leaders from the Oklahoma United Methodist Communications , Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference , and Arkansas Conference of The United Methodist Church gathered for a time of connection, conversation, and fellowship - sharing ideas, strengthening relationships, and reflecting on the work of the UMC across our region. We’re grateful for the opportunity to provide a welcoming space for this gathering.

A special thank-you to Mike Boyd and Gary Newton of our FUMC Methodist Men for providing a wonderful cookout and sharing their gift of hospitality with the group. We are blessed by the many ways our church family serves and welcomes others!
