Today we rejoice in the birth of Mary, the Mother of God and our Mother. Her life was a gift prepared by God to bring forth the Savior of the world.

The Church teaches that in celebrating Mary’s birth, we honor the dawn of salvation, for through her “yes” Christ entered the world.

May we follow her example of humility and trust, and may her intercession lead us ever closer to her Son, Jesus.

We are incredibly grateful to Msgr. Patrick F. Horan Assembly 25 of the Knights of Columbus for their recent donation to Heart to Heart through their generous meat raffle fundraiser!

Participants entered for a chance to win a $500 gift certificate to Paul’s Meat Market in Fort Smith, and proceeds from the raffle were split between Heart to Heart and Warriors to Lourdes--a beautiful cause that ministers to our military veterans.

We are honored to be one of the beneficiaries of this meaningful effort. Thank you, Knights, for your faithful commitment to life, service, and community. Your support makes a real difference in the lives of the families we serve.

We were proud today to host the first Exemplification of Patriotism in the new ceremony in the District of Arkansas today. Fifteen sir knights were exemplified from the Fort Smith, Van Buren, and Barling councils. Congratulations to all our new sir knights!

Assembly 25 was honored to participate in the honor guard for the necrology Mass at the Arkansas State Convention of the Knights of Columbus at Columbus Acres in Fort Smith. The Assembly was represented by Faithful Inner Sentinel SK Jim Fuhrman and Faithful Navigator SK Tyler Hudgens.
