Celebration of Life for Greg Card
Saturday, April 25th, 2026
2:00 PM 360 Hammond Road, Fort Mill, SC, 29715

Greg S.Card
August 28 1945-March 21st 2026

Greg Card of Fort Mill, SC, stepped into the arms of his wonderful Savior on Saturday, March 21st. Greg’s wife Susan, son Tony, and longtime friend Jim, were all at his side in the Presence of the Lord as Greg was ushered into his glorious reward.

Greg was born to California residents Eugene Card and Phyllis Pearson on August 28, 1945. He was preceded in death by sister Kimberley, and brothers Scott and Jeffrey. Greg is survived by his beloved wife Susan of 46 years, his brother Bradley Card, Greg’s son Daniel and wife Diane, their sons Skyler and Spencer, Greg’s son Anthony and wife Andrea and their daughters Amber and Alanis.

Greg Card was a unique gift in our midst and a gifted working studio artisan and exhibitor. His extensive career spanned more than sixty years with presentations in galleries, museums, private homes, and university facilities. His expertise in a wide, and often unusual array of materials, together with his inventive techniques and use of science are the foundation of several unique bodies of works in contemporary painting, sculpture, and mixed media. Greg’s work is included in private and public collections nationally and internationally. His honors and awards include a National Endowment for the Arts Individual Artist Fellowship, and listing in the 1976 edition of Who’s Who in American Art. Greg’s visual works were complimented by his activities as a writer, teacher, private mentor, and conference speaker, along with concurrent prophetic endeavors. But for Greg, his most important work was to have become a canvas his Savior was wonderfully exhibited on.

A Celebration of Life for Greg’s family and friends will be hosted at All Nations Church, 360 Hammond Road, Fort Mill, SC, 29715 on Saturday, April 25th at 2pm. Flowers may be sent to this address by Saturday 12pm.
