Mary Anne and I would like to thank Rick for the honor of serving on his staff for the past 23 years. We are deeply grateful for the many relationships that have been established over the years within the Fort Mill church, among the MorningStar staff, and especially throughout our network of churches and MFM members. As we have often said, some of our closest and most treasured relationships have been formed within MFM.
Mary Anne has also cherished her relationships with the Shine ladies and greatly valued the members of her leadership team. I can recall many Sunday evenings when she would come home sharing stories from a Shine meeting, and we would laugh together as she recounted the events of the evening. What fond memories we both hold from our years at MorningStar.
As Rick mentioned in his announcement, Randy Cutter will become the new director of MFM, but Mary Anne and I will remain members and while our role within MFM will change, our friendships that have been forged over these many years will continue.
What are the next steps for the Hardimans? Over the past few years it has become clear that God has opened an effectual door with key individuals in Europe. In our recent trip to Slovakia, those doors expanded even further. We are convinced that the Lord is calling us to invest more deeply in these relationships and opportunities in the years ahead.
Although Rick recently offered us a new position at MorningStar, the call to Europe continues to resonate in our hearts. After much prayer, we respectfully declined Rick’s offer. However, we have asked him, as the CEO and President of MorningStar and the father of our prophetic movement, to lay hands on us and commission us with his blessing to send us to the nations, carrying the prophetic inheritance of MorningStar and Rick Joyner. Rick has graciously granted our request.
While this represents an entirely new season for us our goal remains to finish well, embracing the spirit of Caleb who, at 85 years old, declared, “Give me this mountain.”
Once again, we are profoundly grateful for the opportunity to have served on Rick's staff and to have walked this journey with so many of you in the Lord. We are convinced that a great end-time harvest is unfolding among the nations, and we look forward with anticipation to all that the Lord has yet to reveal.
As I have said many times before,
"The best is yet to come."
Much love and blessings,
Tom and Mary Anne
