GP's Men’s Retreat is coming up soon! This year's theme is Building Men of God: Barriers, Benefits, and Blessings! Speakers will be Pastors Rob, Chris, & Andrew — plus a surprise or two!
👉When: September 11–13; Check‑in: Friday, September 11 by 6pm and concludes Sunday, September 13 by Noon.
📍Where: Sky Corral Ranch

August Volunteer Spotlight is Monty Strange! We’re excited to celebrate Monty as our August Volunteer Spotlight! Monty is the one‑and‑only chef for GP Students every Wednesday night, and he faithfully serves as a youth leader.

Monty has been part of Genesis Project since its earliest days. He grew up running through the halls with his older brother Isaiah while Rob set out chairs in the old building. He watched his dad run sound, his mom serve on the worship team, and learned what it looks like to love the church through service. So when Andrew asked him to cook for the youth, Monty didn’t hesitate—he simply said yes. He’s now a chef at a local restaurant in Northern Colorado and genuinely loves everything about being in a kitchen. Each Wednesday, he takes joy in creating meals that make our students smile.

When he’s not cooking, Monty enjoys fishing, making a great meal, spending time with his girlfriend, and being out in nature.
