What a powerful time in the Word as we learned about The Deliverance of the Soul! 🙌✨
💡 Here are some spiritual nuggets:
1️⃣ God did not call us to be carnal Christians—living selfishly and led by the flesh. 🚫🙅🏾♀️
2️⃣ Carnal believers often choose their own way over God’s way and are led more by feelings than by faith. 😔➡️❤️
3️⃣ Being religious is not the same as having a true relationship with God. 🙏❤️
4️⃣ The more we feed our flesh, the weaker our spirit becomes. We must intentionally feed our spirit with God’s Word. 📖🌱
5️⃣ Deliverance is twofold. God brings us out of something so He can bring us into something better. 🚪➡️✨
6️⃣ For every unhealthy thing God removes, He desires to replace it with something good. 💔➡️❤️
7️⃣ When our soul is delivered, we experience God’s peace, joy, and presence. 🕊️😊 (Psalm 16:11)
8️⃣ Telling God through our actions that “my way is better” leads to spiritual decay. ⚠️😞 (Ezekiel 18:20)
9️⃣ Trying to do things our own way can rob us of God’s anointing and purpose. 🛑🔥
🔟 Regret will weigh you down and steal your joy, but God wants to restore your soul and bring you back to Him. 🤗💙 (Psalm 23:3)
1️⃣1️⃣ God specializes in restoration! He will bring you back to Himself and restore what has been lost. 🔄🙌
