"But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night." (2 Thess 5:1-2)

If you awoke today knowing with 100 percent certainty that this was your last day on earth... How differently would you spend your time? How differently would speak? How differently would you treat others? How differently would you think? And how differently would you pray? It's very easy for us all to assume we have at least a few more days and a little more time. But one day that assumption will prove wrong. Perhaps we should all ask ourselves "How full is my lamp? How clear is my conscience? How prepared is my heart to hear 'Behold the Bridegroom cometh! Go ye out to meet Him!"
