Part 7: Imagine – Expect - Anticipate


Imagination helps us see what could be. When we engage our expectation with imagination, we begin to believe it can be. When we bridge our expectations with anticipation, we begin to invest energy personally. Once the expected future matters enough to affect your attention, emotions, posture, or actions, expectation has begun migrating into anticipation. Anticipation begins to say, “I am preparing now for the inevitable expectation of my imagination, because it is rooted in the creative Word of God.
This message is designed to help us understand why we sometimes see something mentally or imagine it, then pray and believe it could happen, yet never take practical steps toward it.

Part 6: Radical Expectations “Expecting What I Have Never Experienced”

Radical expectations are not just extreme or outrageous; they are rooted deeper than your current circumstances. These expectations allow us to anticipate what we have never experienced because our confidence is not rooted only in what has happened before, but something deeper. The word "Radical" comes from the Latin "radix," meaning “root.” So, this message is not simply talking about extreme expectations; we are talking about Expectations With Roots!
This message is not designed to get you amped up about outrageous behavior, but to anchor expectations so deeply that what you are experiencing does not have the final say.

Discussion Questions To Ponder:
• What am I expecting simply because it happened before?
• What if my greatest limitation is not my past, but the expectations that my past has produced?
• What if something can be completely unfamiliar to me without being impossible for me?
• What if God is preparing something new for me, but my mind keeps using something old to predict what comes next?
• Where are my expectations rooted?

What a beautiful celebration it was as we honored and celebrated the birthday of our beloved Pastor Thomasine! 🎉💖

From the heartfelt words, beautiful flowers, laughter, fellowship, and countless expressions of love, it was evident just how deeply she is cherished. We are grateful to God for the gift of her life, her leadership, her prayers, her wisdom, and the love she continually pours into so many.

Pastor Thomasine, your life is a testimony of God’s faithfulness. We pray that this new year brings you renewed strength, abundant joy, divine peace, and every desire that aligns with God’s will for your life.
