Dearest Community,

There is much to celebrate this week!

Today the youth and school staff of the county are celebrating the last day of school for the Academic Year! Hello Summer vacation!

Sunday, we are going to celebrate one of our youth joining the church. Veronica and I cooperated with the First Congregational Bellingham to form a Confirmation+ class. Their youth (who wished) joined a few weeks ago. And now it is our turn to celebrate.

Check out the news (below) about our very own Kelly T. who is the 2026 Northwest Educational Service District 189 Regional Classified Employee of the Year. This is a really high honor and something to celebrate!

And then next Friday, we have the opportunity to celebrate with the larger community with the Juneteenth Celebration at Pioneer Pavilion!

What a great way to start our summer vacations! Celebrating with all of you!

If you haven’t gotten around to Spring Cleaning, now is the time to do it! Please bring items to the church between now and Sunday June 21st. Place items in the Women’s Fellowship Room. Remember, only clean clothing with no stains or tears - please wash things first! And please make sure all items are clean, intact, and include all parts... (not broken and with no frayed cords).
