Today, you get something rare—a Sunday off. No service, no obligations, just time. And here's what I want to say: "take it."

Don't feel guilty about sleeping in. Don't worry about what you're "supposed" to be doing spiritually. God doesn't need you to prove anything to Him on Father's Day.

What does he want? Your presence. Your actual, undivided attention with the people He gave you. Put the phone down. Ask your kids what they really think about something. Listen to your wife like you're hearing her for the first time. Play that game. Take that walk. Laugh at inside jokes.

You know what's actually spiritual? Showing your family that they matter more to you than your to-do list. That's discipleship. That's worship.

Enjoy your day, Dad. You've earned it. And when we see you next week, we want to hear about it.
