💙 September is Su***de Prevention Month.

This month is an important reminder to check in with one another, talk openly about mental health, and make sure the people in our lives know that help is available.

Sometimes life becomes heavier than we know how to carry. Sometimes we’re worried about someone we love and simply don’t know what to do next.

The 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Call or text 988 to connect with a trained crisis counselor for support with emotional distress, mental health struggles, thoughts of su***de, substance use concerns, or concern about a friend or loved one.

You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out.

At Fenton First Presbyterian Church, we believe caring for one another means reminding each other that help, hope, and compassionate support are available.
