13. Giving has always been the way for us to thrive. Purchasing our official church bus on a Tuesday night Bible study, through donations alone , is evidence of that, allowing for easier transport for those without transportation, youth outings, and mission trips.
14. Over three decades, our church has recognized and ordained many pastors, deacons, ministers, and other leaders who have shaped the congregation and community surrounding them, resulting in several awards from the Georgia Baptist Association.
15. Partnerships have been integral to our survival. In the several years that we did not have a permanent home, through connections with the community and other pastors, we were able to hold Sunday services, summer campus, and Bible studies at their facilities, thriving in spite of being a "Church Without Walls", which is the name of one of the churches we partnered with.
16.Our church, like all others, has shown resilience, adapting its ministry through challenging times, including finding new ways to connect and worship, such as holding services, Bible studies, and small groups via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic.
17.Our church has consistently invested in its youth, seeing generations of young people come up through Sunday school, youth groups, and summer camps, culminating in the enrollment of the child of a former Summer Camper in our camp this year, and they both had an excellent experience, which resulted in them joining the church.
18. The music ministry has grown tremendously and exponentially over 30 years to include adult and youth choirs, praise teams, solo artists, adult and youth musicians, filling the sanctuary with diverse styles of worship, and all serving an audience of one-God.
