St. Paul's in the Pines Episcopal Church

St. Paul's in the Pines Episcopal Church Welcome to St. Paul’s-in-the-Pines Episcopal Church in Fayetteville, NC! We’re a warm, inclusive community rooted in faith and service. All are welcome.

Join us for worship every Sunday at 10:00 AM as we gather to grow in Christ’s love and share it with the world. We are an inclusive parish, as we believe that the genuine embrace of the other is in keeping with our baptismal covenant as expressed in our Book of Common Prayer. With God’s help we will continue in the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, proclaiming the good news of God in Christ, and

striving for justice and peace among all people, respecting the dignity of every human being. (BCP 304/5)
We love opportunities to sing, share meals and to be hospitable. Your presence among us provides us with such an opportunity. Whatever your walk in life we invite you into our fellowship – a sanctuary for the sojourner as we also strive to follow Christ.

A mosaic becomes beautiful not because its pieces were never broken, but because each fragment is gathered into a larger story.

God does not waste the pieces of your life. He can hold them with tenderness and shape a future still marked by grace. Continue the reflection in our free weekly devotional, linked in the bio.

Join us Sept. 3-5 for a gathering commemorating the 50th anniversary of the 1976 General Convention resolution declaring that LGBTQ+ people have a full and equal claim to the pastoral care and support of The Episcopal Church. The event, “Full and Equal: 50 Years in Pursuit of a Promise,” will celebrate progress and acknowledge the work that remains.

This three-day gathering will take place at the Sheraton Downtown Minneapolis Convention Center. For travel planning purposes, the opening session will be at 9 a.m. on Sept. 3, and our final event will be a Eucharist at St. Mark's Cathedral concluding at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 5. Presiding Bishop Sean Rowe will preside, and Bishop Gene Robinson will preach.
