Too good…

God didn't design you to white-knuckle your way through the hard seasons. He designed you to grow through them. 🌿

For a long time I thought strong faith meant getting through difficulty without falling apart. So I pushed through a lot of seasons on willpower alone.

What I've learned: striving and trusting can look identical on the outside. But they produce very different things on the inside.

Striving gets you to the other side.
It doesn't build anything that holds the next time.

God's design is for you to be so rooted in Him that the hard seasons become the very ground you grow in. The pressure that should break you deepens the roots instead. The drought that should diminish you drives you toward the source of living water. That's not survival. That's flourishing. 💚
