HOW TO SPOT SOMEONE FAKING THEIR FAITH

Watch carefully for deceivers who talk smoothly, boast of their education, special knowledge, or famous friends and relatives.

Listen for the ones who quote only brief portions of what Jesus said, twisting His original intent for their own purposes.

One flashing red light: they set comments from people like Gandhi, Buddha, or Oprah right beside Jesus, as if they are equals to the Son of God.

Everything gets filtered through their personal opinion of what love and kindness should be, as if Jesus never mentioned the consequences of sin. Jesus drew the line Himself in John 14:6: "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

Cross-check whatever anyone teaches against the truth in the Bible, and if there's any doubt, call it out so your fellow believers know too. Who's teaching you right now, and have you checked it?
