When the early church faced one of its biggest disputes, they didn't leave it to one leader to decide. They gathered the apostles and elders, listened to testimony, searched Scripture, and reached a Spirit-led decision together (Acts 15:1–29).

That's still the model for us today. Good guidance isn't handed down from the top — it's discerned in community, with humility and open ears.
