Donna Pyron, 82, went home to be with the Lord at 1:51am on Thursday May 21, 2026 and was reunited in Heaven with her beloved husband Gary of 65 years. Donna lived her life with faith, kindness, and a servant’s heart and a deep love for her family.

Donna was known for her gift of hospitality. Her home was always welcoming, filled with the comforting aroma of home-cooked meals and the warmth of family gatherings. She loved cooking and enjoyed her recipe books, looking for the next meal to make, which reflected the love she poured into caring for others.

Above all, Donna deeply loved her family. She found joy in spending time with those she loved most and created countless cherished memories that will live on in their hearts forever.

In her quiet moments, Donna enjoyed doing word searches, a pastime that brought her peace and happiness. Along with reminiscing about her school days , and her love for spelling and math races at school. And playing softball at recess where she would pitch and the boys would get mad. Watching the Price is Right, Jepordy!, and Wheel of Fortune were all daily requirements, and a bowl of butter pecan icecream before bed. But her biggest enjoyment came from only drinking her Mt. Dew …don’t even think about offering anything else to drink, because to her there was nothing else.

Donna leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, generosity, and devotion to family. Though she will be greatly missed, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now rejoicing in Heaven alongside Gary.

Her memory will forever be treasured by all who knew and loved her.

A private service is being held to celebrate her amazing life!
