So much has happened in my life since November 2025. I haven't really had time to process my physical changes and my mental space. A Big part of healing is taking care of the MIND.

I'm exhausted. Sometimes I feel pulled in 20 different directions. Sometimes I'm angry. Sometimes I'm happy. Sometimes I'm sad and I hide in my closet and cry. Then there are times I put on my joy music and I sing and dance like there is no tomorrow. I leap for joy.
A change is coming. No matter how I want to make a different decision, I must make the best decision for me and my health.

I just fought breast cancer and I WON. Im yet fighting CKD and I will WIN that too. My Sister and my best friend has helped me to realize I care to much about people who ain't gone change.

Maybe I can be heard now.
