Hey friends,

We know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from us.
I’ll start by saying that over the past several months, we took a step back to focus on some important personal and business changes. Life happens for all of us, and the Watsons are not exempt.

There are times when marriage, family, careers, and other responsibilities require us to take a pause, reflect, and realign what truly matters. That's exactly what we did. If we’re encouraging others to do it, we have to live by that same advice. Both personally and professionally, we needed it. We needed it, so we could return to serve the people we love and those the Lord has called us to serve better than we feel we did before.

This break has restored our passion and perspective for one another and what we feel the Lord has called us to do. With a clearer vision, our prayer is to make a greater impact in our community. We believe we’ve made some positive changes behind the scenes that will allow us to serve you more effectively.

To everyone who has prayed, supported, and stayed with us throughout this season, “thank you!” Your encouragement has been a constant source of inspiration, and we are forever grateful.

Made For Marriage is getting a makeover, and we can’t wait to share how the Lord is leading there. And we’re thrilled to say our new page Marriage with Earl & Nicole, along with our website EarlandNicole.com, is up, and we’ve been so blessed by the couples we’ve been able to sit with and pour into thus far. Now, there’s something else in the works, and we’ll simply say it’s a marriage community that we truly believe will be a blessing to those engaged and seeking to learn and prepare for marriage, as well as those looking to grow in their marriage. You are all amazing, and we thank you for everything.

You can’t call it a marriage if God isn’t in it. Let’s just say it’s two people together.

A biblical marriage will ALWAYS make God the center of it.

We’re back!!! The wait is over, and we hope you won’t miss the opportunity to be in the room with other amazing married couples, learning and experiencing the Lord’s goodness for our marriages.

We hope you’ll be a part of our bi-weekly group, “Couples Corner,” starting this Thursday. Over the years, we’ve seen so much marriage transformation happen during our time together, and one of the greatest parts is enjoying the friendships and relationships that have been developed in this group. We’ve saved a spot for you so you can experience it too. Hope to see you there.

Some situations you face as a couple may seem more difficult than others, but it’s never our place to tell Jesus what He can't do in or for our marriage.

“But Jesus looked at them and said, “With people [as far as it depends on them] it is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” ~Matthew 19:26 AMP

Make time to have open, nonjudgmental conversations about the current state of your marriage. It may feel uncomfortable, but it's important to have these vulnerable conversations about where each of you are spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.
By taking the time to prioritize your marriage you are laying the groundwork for constructive growth.

One of the greatest ways to communicate effectively with your spouse is to focus on what’s currently happening.

When past issues and old emotions are brought into current conversations, it can quickly turn hostile and hinder any chances of finding a solution to the root issue that needs to be addressed.
