Working at camp has been just the way we like it… tough, sweaty, and dirty. Proud of our unstoppable team for getting after it and keeping great attitudes as we serve. You can get a lot done when there’s 20 hours of daylight! Here’s what’s keeping us busy…
✅ grade and fill the dirt runway for airplanes
✅ cook breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner for over 50 people
✅ repair a 40 year old dozer engine
✅ mill lumber to build a cabin for camp staff
✅ sort, organize and stack dozens of pallets of food and kitchen supplies for the summer
✅ replace doors and windows in camper cabins so they can get some airflow during the hot summer days
✅ get along and serve with a smile with other task-driven workers from other parts of the country
✅ drink unmeasurable amounts of coffee and water
Please keep praying as the work has just begun and many projects depend on just the right tool or git-er-done creativity. “Our hope is an anchor for our souls… strong and secure in Christ Jesus.” Hebrews 6:19
