WHAT WE BELIEVE:

*We believe there is but one living and true God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:16; 2 Corinthians 13:14; 1 John 5:7).

*We believe that Jesus, the Son of God, suffered, was crucified, died, and was buried, to reconcile us to the Father. We believe Jesus did rise again from the dead, ascended into heaven and remains there until He returns again to

judge all men at the last day (Colossians 2:9; Romans 1:4; Luke 24:1-7).

*We believe that Jesus Christ shed His blood for the forgiveness of sins and to break the power of sin in the believer's life (Romans 3:25; 1 John 3:5-10; Ephesians 2:1-10).

*We believe the Bible is God’s Word (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:19-21; John 10:35).

*We believe in a literal heaven and hell (Matthew 25:46; Psalm 9:17; Revelation 21:7-8).

*We believe we are justified by faith alone (Romans 5:1).

*We believe in sanctification, which delivers us from the power and dominion of sin (Acts 26:18; 1 John 1:9). It is followed by life-long growth in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 4:16; 2 Peter 3:18).

*We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, and the initial evidence of the reception of this experience is speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance (Luke 11:13; Acts 1:5; 2:14, 8-17; 10:44-46; 19:6).

*We believe healing is available through what Jesus accomplished in his death on the cross (Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:16-17; Mark 16:14-18; James 5:14-16; Exodus 15:26).

*We believe Jesus Christ will return again (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17; Titus 2:13; 2 Peter 3:1-4; Matthew 24:29-44), and we love and wait for His appearing (2 Timothy 4:8).

*We believe it is the responsibility of every believer to dedicate his life to carrying out the work of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20; Acts 1:8).

Tomorrow morning, Tuesday, September 1st at 6:00 AM, I’m asking everyone who can to stop wherever you are and join us in prayer for sweet baby Theo. 🩵
Theo is only 5 weeks old and is facing open-heart surgery. He has three holes in his enlarged heart, but we know a God who is bigger than every diagnosis, bigger than every report, and able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all we could ask or imagine! 🙌
At 6 AM, we may not all be in the same room, but we can be in one accord. Let’s cover Theo, his family, his doctors, nurses, and surgical team in prayer. Let’s pray for wisdom, steady hands, strength for his little body, complete healing, and supernatural peace for his family.
Many hands. One heart. One prayer.

Come early as we gather around the table, pray together, and prepare our hearts for worship.

We are excited to have Gabriel Charbonneau bringing the Word this Sunday! Come expecting a timely message and a move of God.

🔥 REVIVAL IS STILL BURNING AT WEST UNION! 🔥

What an encouraging and refreshing time we have been having at West Union Baptist Church! I have been so blessed watching Pastor Michael pour out what God has placed in his heart. The Word has been encouraging, challenging, and a beautiful reminder that God is still moving, still speaking, and still calling His people closer. 🙌❤️

And we’re not finished yet! TWO MORE NIGHTS!

🔥 HELL LOST ANOTHER ONE TODAY! 🔥

Today wasn’t just another church service. Heaven rejoiced, chains broke, and hell lost another one! 🙌🔥

Someone made the decision to REDEDICATE their life to JESUS today! ❤️‍🔥

There’s something powerful about a person saying, “Lord, I’m coming back. I’m Yours. Have all of me.”

The enemy may have thought he had them. He may have celebrated the distance, the struggle, the wandering—but THE STORY WASN’T OVER!

🔥 Grace called them back.
🔥 Mercy met them right where they were.
🔥 Jesus reminded them who they belong to.

“There is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.” — Luke 15:10

THIS is why we gather. THIS is why we preach Jesus. THIS is why we keep praying, keep inviting, and keep believing.
