“Why do you have to go to church to be a Christian?”

The preacher responded with something simple but powerful: “The more you water your garden, the more your flowers grow.”

His point was that going to church doesn’t make someone a Christian, but being surrounded by God’s Word, fellowship, encouragement, and worship helps you grow spiritually…just like water helps a garden grow and flourish.
