Nazarene Border Initiative NBI exists to equip, empower, and encourage volunteers, local churches and future missionaries.

Nazarene Border Initiative exist to empower, encourage and equip leaders, churches, and volunteers along the USA/Mexico border by offering training, resourcing, and mobilization opportunities. We serve as a catalyst for our border districts and local churches, helping then engage in places where God is already at work. The Rodriguez family, Roberto, Rhesa and their three teens, are living in El Pa

so Texas where they have been in ministry since February of 2012. They minister on both sides of the 1,952 mile USA/Mexico border where they coordinate teams to engage in partnerships. Some of the projects they engage in with Nazarene Churches are compassionate ministries, medical, construction, sports, and kids after school or summer bible projects. In El Paso there is ministry center for local retreats, volunteer training and hosting of teams engaged in ministry projects and partnerships.
