To form, establish and develop a community of baptized Believers who are willing to GO and SHOW their LOVE to this vast community through reaching (mission), preaching, teaching and mobilization as team members addressing the (W)holistic body of humanity. Fellowship of Love Christian Center was formed with a desire to be imbedded in the community and be a strong Bible Believing and Teaching commun
ity Church. Fellowship of Love Christian Center Church is an Independent non-a lined Community Church and was organized under the leadership of Chaplain Patrick Easley, Rev. The meeting to organize the new work were held in various locations. Our first worship service was on April 1, 2007 at 9:45 A.M. at the Northgate Optimist Club, 4201 Skyline and Neptune, El Paso, Texas. On May 27, 2007 at 9:45 A.M. our Installation Service was conducted by Rev. Dr. John Paul Jones, Pastor First Baptist Church, Jackson, Tennessee and our Inauguration Service was at 3 P.M. with Co-Pastor Rev. Michael Walker delivering the message. The FLCC was incorporated in 2009 while at 9611 McCombs, El Paso, Texas. From the beginning the Board of Directors, Deacons, Deaconess and Finance Ministries were formed to provide spiritual and financial support for the Church. These ministries provided assistance to the leadership in setting goals and planning for the future. The first Deacons were: Harold Howell, James Boykins, Doris Evans and the late Darrell Jackson. The first Deaconesses were: Felicia Boykins, Tarrina Evans, Anna Howell and Sherry Jackson. Sister Norma Jean Ford was appointed “Mother” of the Church. Our first finance committee members were Brother Ellison Beasley and Sister Tarrina Evans. Many other ministries were also formed to support the growing spiritual needs of the congregation and to assist in the growing spiritual and social needs of FLCC and the El Paso community. These ministries included opportunities for children, youth, young adults, women, men, older adults, married and single persons to grow and mature in the Faith. Out of these ministries and opportunities many persons were led to Christ and many lives are being changed. Ministers, Deacons and Deaconess were licensed and ordained into those ministries to support the Church in missions, outreach and growth of the Church and community. Numerous persons have been baptized and joined the world-wide Church. The Church’s growth made it necessary to seek a larger facility for ministry activities. On April 19, 2008 FLCC entered into a lease agreement with Chozet Properties for the building located at 9611/9613 McCombs. On June 15, 2008, FLCC held it’s first worship service at 9:45 A.M. with Rev. Zenobia Walker delivering the message. From 2009 to 2011, Rev. Beasley served as Interim Pastor. On April 16, 2011, Rev. Beasley became the Pastor at FLCC. Installation Service was celebrated on July 3, 2011. On March 21, 2014, God answered our prayer for a church building and He blessed us to purchase the building located at 3800 Olympic Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79904. On Sunday, April 13, 2014 we had our first worship service at our new location. Pastor Beasley preached at the 9:45 A.M. service and Rev. Melvin Howell, Assistant Pastor, Greater Vision Community Church, Kileen, Texas, conducted our church building dedication service. Again, the faithfulness of God blessed us and on April 29, 2015, we rendered God’s House “Debt Free”. Mortgage Burning Services were celebrated on July 16-19, 2015. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
