We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make Edisto Island Salkehatchie a success. We could not have done it without the incredible support of so many people.
Thank you to the churches that provided meals, to Trinity Church for opening its doors and providing a place for us to sleep and worship, and to McGuinn Homes, Shower Up of SC, and Ronnie McLean for generously providing two shower trailers. We are also grateful for every online donation, whether it was an item from our wish list or a monetary contribution.
A special thank you goes to the amazing community of Edisto Island, which truly embraces the concept of loving and helping thy neighbor. We are especially grateful to the local churches and businesses that supplied food, materials, supplies, prayers, and unwavering support for our mission. Your kindness, generosity, and encouragement embody the spirit of Salkehatchie and remind us what it means to be the hands and feet of Christ.
Most importantly, thank you to the families who welcomed us into their homes and allowed us to serve them, and to our amazing campers whose hard work and servant hearts made such an impact.
This week, we had the incredible opportunity to make six homes on Edisto Island warmer, safer, and drier. None of this would have been possible without God's provision and the support of this wonderful community.
To everyone who prayed, donated, served, and encouraged us—thank you. God made it all possible, and we are truly blessed to have been part of this mission.
