It is with heartfelt sadness that we share the passing of our beloved member, Sis. Shirley Harrell. Shirley was a loving and faithful member of OPG and a dedicated choir member who faithfully used her voice to glorify God. She was a beautiful woman inside and out, known for her radiant smile, her warm and humorous spirit, and her strong, godly faith. Shirley never hesitated to share the goodness of God and openly spoke about her personal relationship with Him. Her joyful presence and uplifting spirit will truly be missed by our church family.

Please keep Michelle, Marquise, and their entire family lifted in prayer during this difficult time as we ask God to comfort and strengthen them.

Sunday School and Sunday Morning Worship Services have been cancelled for tomorrow, January 25, 2026, due to adverse weather warnings. However, the funeral service for Rev Carsevelt Lanham Sr. is still scheduled for 2 PM @ Old Piney Grove Baptist Church.
