With heavy hearts and profound sorrow, Old Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church announces the unexpected passing of our beloved Brother Frank Tony Sims.
Frank faithfully served as the Treasurer of Old Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church for the past 25 years. Throughout his years of service, he demonstrated unwavering faithfulness, integrity, and a deep commitment to the stewardship of God's resources. He was diligent, trustworthy, and always sought to conduct the business of the church in a manner that honored God and reflected Christian principles.
Frank was not only committed to his ministry as Treasurer; he was wholeheartedly committed to the membership of this church family. He possessed a godly heart of gold and consistently showed love, kindness, and genuine care for others. His joyful spirit, warm smile, and cheerful personality made him a blessing to all who knew him. He was always jolly, encouraging, and a true joy to be around.
Today, our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of a faithful servant, a cherished church member, and a dear friend. While we grieve his unexpected passing, we also thank God for the remarkable life, faithful service, and lasting legacy that Frank leaves behind.
Please keep the Sims family, as well as our entire church family, in your prayers during this difficult time.
