Mark 1 teaches us that the Kingdom of God is present through Jesus Christ. The proper response to the Kingdom is to:
Repent and believe the Gospel.
Follow Jesus with immediate obedience. Submit to His authority. Leave behind anything preventing us from fulfilling our assignment.Share the transforming power of Jesus with others. The Kingdom begins with the King! We cannot desire the benefits of the Kingdom while rejecting the authority of Jesus. Jesus did not come simply to improve our lives—He came to rule our hearts, forgive our sins, transform our identity, and make us disciples. The Kingdom is at hand. The King is calling. The question is: Are we willing to drop our nets and follow Jesus?
