Ladies, Thirsty Thursday before my vacation? Absolutely! Tomorrow 4:30-6pm at JoAnna’s Cafe in Dundalk.🩷

I was asked earlier if gratitude was learned behavior. It is certainly a command, an attitude of gratitude is God’s will for us. He does shape us and mold our thinking in the sanctification process of becoming more like Jesus.
Have you thanked God for the little things of life lately? For waking you up, for shelter and food, for summer break, for coffee😉
How about the rough stuff? When the unexpected bill pops up, thank you God that You are the great provider. When you face illness, thank You Lord for doctors and the wisdom you give them. When things are dark and seem hopeless, thank You Lord that You are in control and I can trust that You are working in me through this rough patch.

The next time the hard stuff comes, try to intentionally give Him thanks instead of complaining.

Today I am thankful for all the ladies I have had the pleasure of sharing a cup of coffee with and I pray for the opportunity to do it again with new and familiar friends🙏🏼🩷

WBC Kids for Christ have been studying Genesis 1-2 and they wanted to share what they learned!

What an honor it was to witness and support our brothers and sisters as they renewed their marriage vows yesterday. Marriages ranging from 15 years to 51 years!

Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Romans 12:10

These are brothers and sisters whom so many serve behind the scenes in media ministry, children’s ministry, VBS, they keep the building functioning administratively and physically, they support our youth group, they participate in missions of the church, they give of themselves constantly.
A beautiful renewal of commitment to one another, and example of living out commitment to Jesus.

So it was joyful to support them and show them honor and celebrate them in the beautiful fellowship that followed.
