If you have fallen out of the habit of community with believers, if you are searching for a church, or you are thinking about trying out a church, then this Sunday is for you! Acts 5.42 reads, "Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah." The early church understood the importance of worshipping corporately on the Sabbath AND meeting in smaller groups for encouragement and to grow their faith! If you think you can remain faithful to God without the community of believers, you have deceived yourself. If you have been hurt in the church and stopped attending, then I want to affirm that your hurt is real, but I want to tell you that if you stay away from faith community you deceive yourself by justifying your pain. You need a community. Find a church. Worship the Lord. Be encouraged!

Small Group sign-ups are this Sunday and next Sunday. Please pray about what group you will join. If you won't be there to sign up, please reach out to Pastor Sam with information. It's gonna be good! Small Groups build relationships that help us persevere in the faith.

Feel free to attend more than one, but do not feel obligated. Also, realize that we have too many to attend them all.

This week we will finish the fifth book of the Psalms together. We will read Psalms 141 -150. If you weren't able to start with us, just jump in at 141. We will look at some of the Psalms in our current sermon series, Heart of Worship. God move in the hearts of your people. AMEN
