Heritage Oaks Church Welcome Home! We are a loving church whose passion is to share the love of Jesus with our community. We believe in one God-the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living. We believe that man is born with a fallen nature, and is, therefore, inclined to evil, and that continually. We believe that the finally impenitent are hopelessly and eternally lost. We believe that the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human

race; and that whosoever repents and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regenerated and saved from the dominion of sin. We believe that believers are to be sanctified wholly, subsequent to regeneration, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth, and also to the entire sanctification of believers. We believe that our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place.

Church Family: Please remember tonight at 6:00 we will be coming together for a work time. The soccer goals are complete and need to be placed outside, and the playset is ready to transition to the playground for final assembly. Also… the picnic tables are confirmed for delivery today. We are in the final stretch!

As shared on Sunday, we are continuing to explore new approaches to our Wednesday night activities. Tomorrow evening at 6:00, we will gather at the church for a night of working, serving, and accomplishing some much-needed projects together. Pizza and drinks will be provided for those who are working. This is not to be seen as a fellowship meal.

There are several important things that need to be completed, and rather than tackling them individually, we are going to pool our talents and abilities to get them done together. The majority of the work will be inside.

Think of the evening as a combination of our “Be the Church” effort—working together on projects that will serve and bless our neighbors—and a preview of the “Living Together Groups” that we plan to kick off very soon.

Tomorrow is not simply about getting work done. It is about serving together, building relationships, sharing our gifts, and discovering what can happen when the church works side by side for a common purpose. It's building community.

Come ready to work, fellowship, and Be the Church together!
