It’s easy to become consumed with our preferences, our feelings, our opinions, and our agendas.

But when our focus stays on ourselves long enough, we stop seeing the people God has called us to reach.

The mission is still the mission.

Lost people matter to God.
Unity matters.
Discipleship matters.
The Kingdom matters.

Don’t let a small spirit keep you from a big vision.

Small thinking shows up when we talk more about problems than possibilities, preferences than purpose, and people more than we pray for them.

Before we look around the room, we need to look in the mirror.

What spirit are you bringing into the church?

A spirit of unity or division? Faith or negativity? Mission or preference?

God is building something bigger than us, and small thinking cannot go where God is taking us.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.
Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Today we honor the fallen, pray for their families, and thank God for the freedoms we often take for granted.
