Be careful driving in all intersections but especially by church. There was another accident this morning when someone ran the red light and hit the right rear quarter panel of another car. No one was hurt.

Enjoy these Lutheran Confessions from 1580.

Probably the most important is article 4 of the Augsburg Confession on justification.

What is happening?
-a toddler is allowed to cancel a flight? Well that is the parents that would not take charge of their child and buckle it in?
-people allowed to loot an Autozone twice?!
-and more people pushing the agenda to defund police?!
-a company agrees to move an undersea cable because people said the cable would desecrate the fictional grave location of fictional Dooby (Harry Potter)?!

Why this post? On a church site? We can’t expect the world to agree with biblical values? How about basic parenting? Good stewardship of life and resources? Love your neighbor?

Come on world, is this the best we can do for each other?

It would be great if more people knew and believed in Jesus. His love for the world has transformed people and will transform people.

John 3:16 - it’s not just a sign in the crowd at a sporting event.
It’s the Gospel truth of God’s love for you through Christ Jesus.

We will be finishing up the book of Acts on Sunday Aug 2.
Then….by request….starting the book of Revelation.

Join us for worship at 10am, then coffee fellowship then our study (11:15-12:30).

We pray that Christ would reappear as we pray “Thy Kingdom Come” in the Lord’s Prayer, but we do NOT celebrate wars and rumors of wars in anticipation of His return. He might come today or in another 500 years?!

In the meantime, we are to be ready. Ready in faith and in witness.
