Yesterday’s Labor Day luncheon was a wonderful time of fellowship & eating together.
We are so blessed to have excellent cooks throughout our congregation. A BIG SHOUT to Steven Riggs and Brad Oliver for cooking the delicious fried chicken & pork chops & Emerson for cooking his ox tails. We all Thank you!
Big thanks to all who prepared our fellowship hall, cooked side dishes & desserts. We thank those who took the time to help clean our Church kitchen & fellowship area.
Those who could not attend YOU were missed. 🩷

This Sunday we study 2nd Samuel Chapters 8-10. After David’s great blessing from God in
2 Samuel 7, we get David’s Golden Age. He’s successful, he’s subduing the LORD’s enemies, and he’s showing surprising mercy to helpless people like Jonathan's son, Mephibosheth.
