Lillian Vause Wilcox will receive a Proclamation for her 100th birthday from the Lenoir County Commisioners at their meeting on Monday, February 16th at 4:00 pm. The meeting will be held upstairs in the County Commissioners Meeting Room in the Tax Office Building located at 101 N. Queen Street, Kinston, NC 28501. Family and friends are invited to attend.
