This week, we’re asking you to join us in prayer for the Ruesga family, our missionaries to Spain!

They have served the Lord faithfully for many years, starting in Mexico in 2005. God later led them to change fields to Spain in 2018, and through their obedience, many people in Spain have put their faith in Jesus.

We are specifically praying for their current building project, as they are hoping to soon complete the permanent location for their church, La Vid, in Santander!

Seek the Lord.

When you’re facing a world that has an overwhelming number of things that could worry you or make you afraid, the solution is to seek the Lord over anything else. It sounds too simple or impractical, but even David made it clear that God was his only salvation in times of trouble and fear.

Today we are thankful for all of the men and women who laid down their lives so our people and freedoms could live on. We honor their sacrifice by remembering it.

We also pray for those who have lost someone they loved in service to our nation. We pray that God will comfort them and encourage them today.
