Second Baptist Church Douglasville Living out our faith, loving each other, and serving our community as followers of Jesus our Lord.

In 1916, we started as the Mill Village church, located on the corner of what would eventually become Bankhead Highway and east Broad Street. Our church bell would ring out to invite the community to come and worship. After 96 years of faithful service, the Lord moved our church to a new location in Douglasville. This transition was amazing – we saw first hand how God works in our everyday lives.

We are so excited as we begin our journey to see what doors the Lord open for us. We invite you to join us in our journey… and help us continue to write our story.
