Say this prayer out loud. It will work:

Dear God, I ask that forgiveness set me free from the past. From every lie I have ever thought or spoken, from playing small, and from every false belief that I have held against myself.

Give me the courage to let go of guilt, shame, and the insane belief that I am separate from you.

Please heal any sense of unworthiness and release me from the thought that I am not enough.

Help me to see the world as my projection, to breathe it back into my heart, and offer it up to the Holy Spirit that it may be transformed into love.

Dear God, today I am willing to be happy, fulfilled, loved & loving, prosperous & powerful.

Please help me to know that I am forgiven and please help me to walk in the acceptance and the sunlight of this truth.

I am forgiven. The past is over. The present is perfect. I am forgiven.

This idea came to me in the 11th hour, and I knew I had to say YES.
