Last night, our Youth Ministry crew assembled 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ bagged lunches for a local community fridge that helps combat food insecurity.
Did you know 1 in 9 families in Worcester County are at risk of being food insecure? It's not always obvious. A skipped meal here, a hungry belly there. We talked about how these are our neighbors and we may not realize.
We are blessed to be able to give back. After all, as the Gospel of Luke reminds us, "From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded."
