PRAY FOR REFRESHMENT
Pray ...
· That God will provide opportunities for missionaries in isolated areas to spend time with other believers.

· That God will provide times of peace and relaxation to refresh his workers.

· For restoration — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually — that can only be found in Jesus.

"Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." — Matthew 11:28–30

PRAY THAT GOD’S WORD WILL SPREAD
Pray:
· For strength and stamina as missionaries encounter antagonistic spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:10–18).

· That people will resist Satan’s plans to obstruct the spread of the gospel (James 4:7).

· That God’s Word will spread rapidly and be honored wherever it goes.

· That changed lives will be a living testimony to the power of the Gospel and will impact families and communities.

"Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may speed ahead and be honored, as happened among you." — 2 Thessalonians 3:1

Praying for all missionaries this month. Today we're going to focus on praying for their BOLDNESS.

Pray ...
· That the Holy Spirit will provide missionaries with words that communicate effectively in other cultures and languages.

· That they will have boldness to overcome the fear of embarrassment or failure and boldness to proclaim Gospel in the face of opposition.

· Against evil forces that would seek to hinder the spread of the gospel.

"and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel..." — Ephesians 6:19

PRAY FOR OPEN DOORS
Pray ...
· That God will open doors of ministry, that barriers due to politics, governments, language or culture would be overcome.

· That God would provide needed partnerships and friendships to make way for the spread of the Gospel.

· That those who serve will be led by the Holy Spirit and recognize His timing, they would be confident in the waiting and in the pressing forward.

· That the Holy Spirit would prepare hearts, ready to receive his Word.

"Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving. 3 At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ"…

If a verse hits your heart a certain way - stop. Write it down and think on it.

You can ask yourself - what was the writer trying to say to his audience? What does this say about God or his character? How does this impact my thoughts or actions?

-Pray for new Executive Director Jill

-Pray for the staff and the families they serve in Worcester and Western Mass.

-Pray God would powerfully use their Post Abortion Recovery counseling to bring healing and restoration to men, women and families who have been impacted by the trauma of abortion.

The tree is RELOADED with Angel Tree Tags! 🎄

This Angel Tree program provides Christmas presents for the children and senior citizens on the People First Food Pantry's list, there are over 50 children and 20 seniors on their list so far!
Unwrapped gifts must be brought back to the church by Sunday, December 11th, which is the SAME DAY that HAVEN GIFT CARDS should be returned!
