The book of James is a call to examine our faith. It challenges us to move beyond simply claiming Christ to genuinely living for Him. James reminds us that authentic faith isn’t just something we profess with our lips—it’s something that becomes visible through a transformed life.

The reading, understanding, and application of God’s Word changes lives.

For the past two months we’ve been walking verse by verse through the book of James, and this Sunday we’ll finish Chapter 1 before moving into Chapter 2.

As we journey from Profession to Possession, James teaches us what genuine faith looks like:

• Tested Faith
• Visible Faith
• Controlled Faith
• Surrendered Faith
• Enduring Faith

🗣️ The goal of Scripture is not that we know more about God, but that we become more like Christ.

📝 God’s Word was never intended to simply fill our minds with information—it was given to transform our hearts, renew our thinking, correct our path, and shape us into the image of Jesus.

📖 2 Timothy 3:16-17
